What are the steps in building a Daytona home?

Is it okay to visit my home while it's under construction?
Yes – but only with a scheduled appointment.
Due to construction hazards, it is safest for you to visit your home after scheduling a site visit with your Sales Consultant. Your Sales Consultant will then have a trained construction team member walk you through your new home and answer any questions in the process.
When can I start moving my possessions in to my new home?
As soon as all the paper work is signed on your closing date and you receive your home keys, you can start moving items into your new home anytime!
