Sales Consultant


Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly, and annual sales target goals
  • Prepare and maintain all purchase agreements
  • Ensure showhomes are attended and opened on time each day
  • Supervise and train Sales Assistant in showhome
  • Monitor weekly traffic within the showhome
  • Communicate regularly with customers up to and including possession;
  • Research and maintain knowledge of competitors and community amenities
  • Maintain sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training and attending weekly sales meetings
  • Complete sales paperwork and enter all information into our software 
  • Use outbound prospecting to build relationships with our purchaser demographic

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar new home sales or sales
  • Proven recordability to meet sales targets
  • Customer service experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saskatoon real estate market
  • Ability to learn and understand the policies/procedures, approval requirements, construction process, and schedules to effectively communicate with all parties involved
  • Ability to self manage as well as manage an assistant
  • Approachable and comfortable talking to all types of people
  • Self-starter who is motivated and ambitious
  • Detailed orientated with the ability to perform tasks in defined time frames
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends(2:00 pm – 8:00 pm weekdays/week; 12:00 pm– 5:00 pm weekends)
