Sales Assistant

Under the direction of the Sales Consultant, the Sales Assistant is required to assist the Sales Consultant with sales targets, provide administrative support with client documentation, assisting client needs and meet and greet customers who walk through the sales centre in a friendly and professional manner.


  • Assist sales consultant in capturing the interest of potential clients 
  • Daily monitoring of customer files 
  • Communicate with the warranty team to ensure that the showhome is presentable at all times
  • Ensure all documents in the showhome are up to date, maintain knowledge of policy/processes that support such documents 
  • Participate with the Sales Consultant in the understanding of competition inside the community and neighboring communities 
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training 
  • Ensure all signage in the subdivision is correct and placed properly for best traffic


  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in new home sales or a similar sales environment 
  • Must be detail orientated with the ability to multi-task 
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Drive to learn and understand the policies/procedures, approval requirements, construction process, and schedules to effectively communicate with all parties involved 
  • Exceptional customer service skills 
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends (3:00pm – 9:00pm Mon – Thurs.12:00pm – 5:00pm weekends)
