Office Coordinator – 1 Year Contract

Daytona Homes is looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our team. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Office Coordinator will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Daytona team in a timely and accurate manner. 

This position is a minimum 1-year contract to cover a maternity leave. Though not guaranteed, Daytona always makes an effort to permanently place individuals who fit Daytona’s culture once their contract has expired.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare all paperwork for customer closings
  • Understanding company process/script when conducting closing meetings with customers ensuring professional attitude and attire is attended to at all times;
  • Review closing statement for accuracy;
  • Process signed plans and inventory files; 
  • Maintain sales admin email and ensure a timely response to all inquiries;
  • Assist daily with filing and file organization;
  • Coordinate and manage all possession letters and reports for respective departments;
  • Answer office phone and redirect calls; 
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned;

  • Professional appearance;
  • Experience in new home sales is an asset;
