Sales and Marketing Coordinator - Saskatoon

Support sales by providing coordination and implementation of all marketing, advertising and promotional objectives.

Key Objectives:

  • Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as required
  • Design and implement all marketing and promotional material including advertising, brochures, signage, web, social media, corporate gear, etc.
  • Write copy for social media and web content, press releases, award submissions, blogs, etc.
  • Assist in brand development while maintaining a consistent brand image
  • Create and manage mass email campaigns
  • Manage invoices and monitor budgets
  • Coordinate and participate as needed for industry events
  • Plan and execute digital and social media strategies on a variety of platforms
  • Maintain accuracy and updates of current website
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns, planning and organizing campaigns from start to finish
  • Coordinate ongoing development of all point-of-sale offices (sales centers) and materials, and all signage plans
  • Assist with the selection and planning of show homes and inventory homes
  • Market research to determine requirements and market trends
  • Manage lead management system
  • This is a support position to assist sales, people, admin. and President/ General manager
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, namely Excel;
  • Strong time management, organization and planning skills;
  • Driven, focused and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to get along with various personality types and play an active role in the team
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision. Self motivated and reliable.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and operate efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An eye for design
  • (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Hubspot etc.)
  • Understanding of buyer behavior and how to approach the sale
  • Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience
  • Ability to travel between cities twice per month including overnight


  • Marketing or communications diploma or degree (required)
