SHOWHOME UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19

To our valued Guests,

Due to rising concerns about COVID-19, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that we can continue to provide you with a comfortable and sanitary showhome experience.

Our sales consultants are still at our showhomes regular hours working hard for each of you, and are able to provide video call tours of any of our homes, as well as discuss purchases and answer any questions that you may have. In-person viewings of our homes are now by appointment.

We have moved to a minimal contact model and as such, we are refraining from handshaking and will be aiming to maintain one meter of distance.

In our showhomes, we have provided gloves and anti-bacterial wipes for your use. We are also making a concerted effort to ensure our high-traffic showhome surfaces - door handles, light switches, sales centre desks, washrooms, railings, etc. - are disinfected thoroughly and often.

We have also suspended our beverages and snacks typically offered to guests.

Upon arrival to our showhome, please give us a call and allow us to go through a few screening questions with you prior to welcoming you in.

1. Have you travelled outside of Alberta by plane in the past 21 days?

2. Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 21 days?

3. Are you currently displaying any possible symptoms of the COVID-19?

a. Dry cough

b. Body aches

c. Fever

d. Difficulty breathing

We are also limiting our visitors to one group (max three people) per time, so if there is someone else touring the showhome please be patient! We will call you when you can come in and have your private showing.
