Global Supply Chain Concerns and Delays
PARADE OF HOME VIRTUAL TOURS
SHOWHOME UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19
JUKE & NOVA SPRING PROMOTION
An open letter to our current and future customers.
It is hard to believe that it has been 19 months since the world
as we knew it, changed forever. With our
new normal on the horizon and restrictions starting to lift here in
Saskatchewan, it is hard not to be eager moving forward post pandemic
life. Unfortunately, due to the
pandemic, global shortages, and increased consumer demands, we here in
Saskatchewan are really starting to see the full effects on our housing market.
We are receiving information updates from our suppliers, partners,
and competitors daily with news about shortages due to many factors. Closures and reduced working capacities of
factories around the world and concerns from the ocean freight industry are
just two examples of the global supply chain issues we are facing today. We
have received updates regarding shortages for lumber, micro-chips for appliances,
plastics, garage doors, steel and even furniture. All these
factors will likely be the root cause of delays in your new home build.
Our commitment and promise to you:
Sometimes no news is all we can provide. We understand the
concerns you have regarding shortages and supply chain issues in the market. We
appreciate that buying and building a home requires a great deal of trust and
can sometimes be incredibly stressful. We will continue to strive to provide
our Daytona Families and staff with information as it comes readily available.
We are committed to our Daytona standards of building and
providing you a home that is crafted with care and built with quality. We

concerns and update you here on our website and provide your sales consultants
with information as it becomes available. Communication is key while entering
this phase of the supply chain concerns and global impacts here in Saskatchewan.
Our team is working overtime to secure the materials needed to provide you a
home we can both be proud of. Currently, delays are likely for your new home
build. Please plan your move accordingly as we cannot
guarantee a possession timeline given these circumstances.
Thank you so much for your understanding and patience,
as we navigate these unchartered territories in home building. If you have any
