About Us

Providing quality craftsmanship and skilled service in everything we do.

Our Story

Building homes, communities and futures.

The Hutchinson family has made home ownership a reality for families since 1969, and brought this experience to Daytona Homes when it was founded in 1993. Daytona Homes has been a leader in the home building industry for over 20 years and since then we’ve grown to include Daytona Homes, Daytona Communities, and Daytona Properties.

When you buy a Daytona home, you’ve joined the Daytona family. But the Daytona experience is more than just a purchase. It begins with our customers and we work together to build both a home and a future for families. It’s our passionate team of employees, trades, suppliers and partners that are committed to creating an unparalleled home buying experience. Now in the greater Edmonton area, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, and now Calgary. Daytona Homes truly is Western Canada’s builder.

Daytona Communities is about bringing people together. We work alongside a trusted network of suppliers, city

officials, planners, builders, and agencies to create master planned communities for our residents to thrive in. With projects in Lethbridge, Grande Prairie, Stony Plain, and Winnipeg, Daytona Communities will continue to grow for years to come.

Our latest addition to the Daytona Family is Daytona Properties. It’s our expansion into the rental industry and provides families with fully renovated and modern homes while utilizing and respecting the history and beauty of the buildings we work with. It is our goal to give families the ability to choose how they live. Currently in Victoria and Winnipeg, Daytona Properties is the start of a new experience.

Whether it’s home ownership, community building or rental properties, Daytona Homes wants to help you find a home that is right for you and your family. We believe that you live better in a Daytona home and you will discover that every one is crafted with care.

We are proud of our past and look forward to our future.
