Marketing Coordinator


What You’ll Do:

  • Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as required
  • Design and implement all marketing and promotional material including advertising, brochures, signage, web, social media, corporate gear, etc.
  • Write copy for social media and web content, press releases, award submissions, blogs, etc.
  • Assist in brand development while maintaining a consistent brand image.
  • Create and manage mass email campaigns
  • Manage invoices and monitor budgets.
  • Coordinate and participate as needed for industry events.
  • Plan and execute digital and social media strategies on a variety of platforms
  • Maintaining accuracy and updates of current website
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns, planning and organizing campaigns from start to finish
  • Coordinate ongoing development of all point-of-sale offices (sales centers) and materials, and all signage plans
  • Bring new and innovative ideas to the team to improve processes and general team efficiencies.

What You Bring to Us:


  • 1-2 years experience in a marketing role;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent industry experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
  • Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends;
  • Ability to travel within provinces of operation.
