If you are looking to build a career in Sales and Marketing in the new home industry, we have the opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting business minded, sales driven and hardworking individuals to join our Winnipeg Sales and Marketing team. Upon joining you will work alongside a Sales Consultant to gain the knowledge and tools needed to kick start your career.

What You’ll Do:

·        Act as a host/hostess in the Showhome, greeting visitors, answering their questions and assessing their level of interest

·        Tour prospects through available inventory homes

·        Capture Showhome visitor contact information and enter in CRM for follow-up by a Sales Consultant

·        Assist in the planning of community events

·        Develop community content for social media

·        Gather competitive information within the subdivision and neighboring communities

·        Ensure all signage in the subdivision is correct and properly placed for best exposure

·        Ensure proper stocking of all Showhome promotional materials

The Skills You’ll Need:

·        Past employment in a customer-facing role

·        Demonstrated experience with social media

·        Ability to self-manage, and work independently

·        Strong communication skills

·        Any exposure to real estate, construction or design is considered an asset

·        Ability to work Saturday and Sunday (noon-5PM) and available 3 days between Monday-Thursday from 2PM-8PM.

·        Valid driver’s license and access to vehicle is required.
